A big dog with a big blog!

I'm hanging out with mom today doing PAWsitive Radio!

Mom interviewed Nicole Forto, a 17 year old Musher from Alaska

Nicole is doing the Junior Iditarod Feb 28 in Alaska.

Nicole talked to mom about the importance of choosing a leader!

The dogs start training in August when the weather cools down.

This gives them lots of time to train, practice, build leader skills and to build a
team relationship with Nicole.

A strong leader not only listens to and trusts Nicole, he/she also has trust in self.

Mom thought that was so relevant to the human world.  Like a team at work!

Isn't it great how us dogs teach humans how to lead, how to follow and how to be a team?

Nicole has been dog-sledding since she was three years old. WOW

Helping the team work together is also an important responsibility of the human leader.... Nicole.

On February 28, let's cheer Nicole and Team Ineka on.  They have trained hard. Build a great team. And have a great human and K9 leader.

Go Team Ineka!

You can listen to mom and Nicole here on PAWSitive Radio.  It's a Pawsome conversation.

Please share this post, like Team Ineka's facebook page and visit mine to say hello too.

Let's be KIND to one another!
